Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Deputy Financial Controller, the candidate will play an integral role in managing the overall finance function of international business;
• Manage a sizable team to monitor both HK and overseas daily accounting operation including financial and management reporting, treasury, legal and tax-related issues;
• Ensure compilance with HK and overseas tax regulations;
• Prepare annual budgets and analysis of variances from budgets/forecasts;
• Manage the cash flow, cost control and credit control process;
• Strengthen and improve internal control system to ensure compliance with local financial standards and corporate policies;
• Liaison with operational business units, external auditor and tax advisors or consultants;
• Support senior management to perform other ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Accountancy or related discipline;
• Qualified accountant with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable MNC or public companies;
• Sound knowledge in global accounting standards, laws, customs and taxation regulations
• Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibility, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure;
• Sound technical understanding of IT and management information systems for multi-site operations and automation;
• Good computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Immediately available is preferable.
