| Responsibilities:-
l Assisting the Merchandising Manager on all follow up of orders (price lists, invoicing, shipping, etc)
l Implementing the merchandising strategies
l Participating in teamwork, liaising and coordinating various production departments
l Coordinate with other departments for capacity planning, garment designing & engineering, material sourcing & purchasing, shipping & production management
l Analyzing track record in products development
l Handling & maintaining buyers relationship
l Solving problems during production and progress status
l To conduct factory evaluations and ensure vendor compliances as required
l Involve in liaising with the overseas buyers for developing business, overseeing and optimizing the whole merchandise process from the sampling, reception of orders to delivery and shipment of goods
Requirements:-
l F. 5 above, graduated from Technical Institute or Clothing Study
l 8-10 years merchandising experience, at least 5 years in undergarment/ lingerie/ swimwear is a MUST
l Garment manufacturing background with US market experience is a MUST
l Independent and well-organized
l Willing to work overtime
l Good communication skills in English & mandarin is essential
l MS Word, Excel, Chinese typing & E-mail
