Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above in Service Operations, Transport Studies, Property Management, Engineering Management, or related studies

At least 7 years’ solid work experience with minimum 3 years at managerial level preferably in public transport industry

Strong leadership, planning and analytical skills with proactive, tactful and result-oriented personality

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, both Cantonese & Putonghua

Responsibilities

Liaise with government parties in relation to operations, pier maintenance and development projects

Handle projects for strategic development

Manage services quality

Review operational procedures, formulate improvement plans and coordinate measures for continuous improvement

Require to perform a typhoon watch at a ferry pier

Less experience will be considered as Assistant Operations Manager
